People living in Ada support our community's businesses. It's a well-educated community, one that readily adapts to change. It's a community that welcomes new and invigorating enterprises.
Grounded in a strong agricultural economy, people here demonstrate a work ethic common to the Upper Midwest. We are resilient, forward looking, ready to meet all challenges.
Two business parks, strong city services, a vibrant Chamber of Commerce and an Economic Development Authority makes Ada a great place to do business.

We were priveledged to be given the opportunity to receive a grant from the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council for our Fun in the Flatlands festival held ion Saturday, September 10th. Mark Bridge, a very talented artist performed and gave a presentation on old time instruments. . (In November 2008, Minnesotans passed the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment to the Minnesota Constitution. It provided dedicated funding for the arts and cultural heritage in our state for 25 years.). We are able to obtain a grant and have Mark Bridge perform at Fun in the Flatlands on September 10,, 2016. Without their help, this event would have have been possible.
