The Chamber sponsors several events annually. The dates for the 2018 year events are listed below.
May 5, 2018 - (Saturday) All City Rummage Sale - Put your ad in the Norman County Index
August 7, 2018 (Tuesday) - National Night Out Against Crime. This great event is held at the Norman County Fairgrounds. There is a fundraiser meal served in the Coliseum. Join forces with law enforcement, the local fire departments, Ambulance Service and other organizations that help us in our time of need!
September 8, 2018. - (Saturday) Fun in the Flatlands & 4-H Achievement Day. This festival is held the second weekend in September. It is a fun weekend offering something for everyone! The big event day is on Saturday, Sept. 8th. Events include Prairie Village, old-time demonstrations, kids games, food stands, craft show, produce market, sidewalk sales, dance, car show, entertainment, etc. 4-H Achievement day is held Sunday at the Norman County Fairgrounds. December 1, 2018 - "Old Fashioned Family Christmas Festival” This fun festival is held the first weekend in December. On Saturday, December 1st, we have a variety of events for all ages to build memories of growing up and living in Ada. Events include Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Elves, free family movies, craft sale, bake sale, chili cook-off, Old-Time Snowmobile Show, Craft Making & so much more! A huge Craft Show will be held at the Ada-Borup School on Saturday, December 3rd from 9 am - 3 pm.
